Mr. Pradeep Kumar Jain, aged about 62 years, is the Managing Director of the Company. He holds Bachelors Degree in
Arts from Delhi University. He has been associated with the Company as Director since its takeover in 1984. He has been appointed
as Managing Director w.e.f. February 4, 2006. He, along with his father, entered into the business of Company. Besides assuming
overall responsibility of the company, he is looking after the production function of the paper division of the Company. He has
more than 40 years of experience in the Paper Industry. He is responsible for production, marketing and administration of the Paper
Unit of the Company. He is also responsible for the administration of the Hotel Unit of the Company.

Mr Abhay Jain, aged about 48 years, is the Managing Director of the Company. He holds Bachelors Degree in Arts from
Delhi University. Mr. Jain has an experience of more than 27 years in the Paper Industry. He was appointed as a Whole-Time Director
of the Company w.e.f December 10, 2009 and appointed Managing Director on August 10, 2022.He is handling the purchase of Raw Materials
and looking after the Marketing and manufacturing process of Paper and also new product development. Besides Mr. Jain is also involved
in the marketing and business development of the Hotel Business of the Company.

Mr Parveen Jain

Mr. Parveen Jain, aged about 60 years, is the Promoter Director of the Company. He holds Bachelors Degree in Arts
from Delhi University. He is a Non-Resident Indian. He has an experience of more than 35 years in the Paper industry. He is primarily
involved in strategic decision-making. He has been instrumental in development of the Hotel project in the Company and structuring
technological up gradation and modernization program undertaken in the Paper Units. He has hands-on experience in the areas of
finance, taxation and accounting department. He is looking after the finance & accounts function of the company, besides company
secretarial function. He is also associated as Managing Director of M/s Marriage Banquet International FZE RAK, UAE.

Ms. Aanchal Jain

Ms. Aanchal Jain, aged about 42 years, a member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India, is having a wide knowledge
of Corporate and Commercial laws and experience of more than Fifteen Years, have handled Joint Venture with Foreign Direct Investment,
have been a part of team handling Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process as Insolvency Professional. She was appointed as an Independent
Director of the Company w.e.f. 28th December, 2021.

Mr. Parv Jain is 34yrs of age & joined Magnum Ventures Ltd. in the year 2010 after completing his formal education.
He did B.SC. (finance and marketing) from IILM, Lodhi Road, New Delhi who has affiliation from Bradford University, UK. Post his
graduation he chose to do Post Graduate Diploma from Les Roches, Switzerland. After completion of education he joined the company
and was overseeing the operations of hotel/paper unit along with grasping of accounts knowledge. Based on his working experience
and knowledge, he was appointed as CFO of the company w.e.f. September 2016 and is working in this capacity until date. He currently
overlooks operations and finance of the company along with professionals and consultants.

Secretaries of India. She has a post qualification experience of 6 years in finance, legal & secretarial. She was appointed as
Company Secretary of the Company w.e.f 1st December, 2021.
